brought my 528I 2011 vehicle to this location in Wesley Chapel for a 2nd opinion. The 1st shop had a problem with the DME/ECU there were some compatibility issues and programming. Finance manager created a lien for bank loan that they did not issue. Can not trade or sell car now. So, I own the car, but state shows I have a lien. Went to trade the car and they said I can not trade it. Bank has no record of any loan, account, or lien on the car. Also other examples were they lied about the car sale. Stay away from this dealership

BMW i4 went in for Condition Based Service with a scheduled appointment. The service bills for 1.3 hours but took over 3 hours to complete not including the complementary car wash. Car was left with grease marks on doors and handles, brake fluid was left on reservoir and inner fender well. Based on this appointment I would not recommend servicing electric vehicles at this dealership. The only positive review is of service advisor Harley was delightful to work with.

They took a week more than expected, they use up almost the entire gas in my 2024 BMW X7 gas tank. It was full when I gave them and when I received the car the tank was empty. Then they told me they have used the car to test stuff. Test what. You know it takes one week running the cars long miles to drain gas that much. Great sales staff with no problems with the sale but afterwards trying to get any assistance with the add ons that they sell in the finance office, you’ll have a few birthdays while waiting. 4 phone calls, 2 voicemail and a request through thier website and yet I wait. 30 days have past and nothing. I like the dealership but I do not agree with the credit card fee they charge for using your credit card. How do they expect you to pay for a service bill that cost more than $4k?
