This engine achieves 394 horsepower and 428 lb-ft of torque, which is an increase of 19 horsepower and 45 lb-ft of torque over last year’s engine. That makes the BMW X5 capable of zero to 60 mph in just 5.1 seconds.

Towing and Cargo

When properly equipped, this new BMW SUV can tow up to 7,710 lbs. Inside, its two-row layout offers terrific versatility and cargo capability. Behind the second row is a storage space measuring 27.3 cubic feet—and if you fold the second row down, that space more than doubles to 67.7 cubic feet.

Infotainment

The reimagined interior of the 2027 BMW X5 hosts an exceptional infotainment platform. The BMW Operating System X powers the BMW Panoramic iDrive® display, whose assets include a 17.9-inch center touchscreen and BMW Panoramic Vision, a projection surface that spans the entire width of the dashboard.
