BMW Service

Also known as routine maintenance or schedule maintenance, typical car service is an essential aspect of responsible car ownership. On a regular basis, or as outlined in your owner’s manual, you should bring your BMW car in to our BMW service center at BMW of Wesley Chapel to keep your car in top condition.

Here’s what our mechanics will do during a typical service appointment.

Types of BMW Maintenance

Your BMW car is made up of thousands of tiny moving parts all working in harmony to help your car run. Over time, these parts wear down, fluids need refilling, and our mechanics need to ensure that your car can handle further miles.

These are the things that we’ll check during your routine maintenance appointment.

  • Oil Change: Your oil should be changed as outlined in your owner’s manual. Utilize our BMW Ultimate Car Oil Service Program to keep up to date with the correct motor oil for your make and model.
  • Fluid Check: Fluids levels for brakes, steering, and coolant systems should be checked and topped up as necessary as a part of car service. Lack of engine coolant can result in substantial engine damage, and low brake fluid can result in reduced performance.
  • Air Filter: Air filters require replacement between 25,000 to 50,000 miles. A clogged air filter will limit airflow to the engine and reduce fuel efficiency.
  • Spark Plugs: Spark plugs require regular cleaning and removal so that the engine doesn’t seize. Most manufacturers recommend replacement every 30,000 to 50,000 miles.

If you’re noticing any unusual noises, smells, or changed driving sensation, you should schedule service with our certified BMW mechanics. We’re ready to get your BMW car back into top condition.
